The service advisor, Sean Lal, that assisted me was great. He was organized and detailed oriented which are traits that I like. I like it at Signature Mazda where your scheduled appointment time may be 9.30am, and your car does not sit idle for 2 hours before a mechanic starts work on your car. This happens at Richmond Honda and its for this reason that I no longer take my Honda in to them for any sort of servicing. A simple service there will take almost the entire day because they are unable to properly schedule their mechanics to the number of customers in a given day. Peter
