In regard to our recent exchange of messages,I like to apologize for my shortcomings and my temper if i have said something that may offended any of you. My husband and I recently purchased two new vehicle from Signature Mazda. We have been customers of SM for over 16 years and wanted to continue our relationship with SM. We met with the General Manager, Marko, several times and took our time researching the vehicles we were interested in. Throughout all of our in person meetings and communication via email, we were treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Besides being a relatively excellent compact car for its apparent cost value as compared to other brands in its class, the 2019 Mazda3 Sport GS I got from Signature Mazda is backed up by Unlimited Mileage Warranty (the only warranty program of its kind in Canada) and a cast of technical, financial and sales professionals who make sure that the quality services they are providing are always in my best interest. Special thanks to Dominic Dinh, Sales and Lease Consultant, who helped me greatly make the choice of what model/trim to buy based on my needs and capacities. He’s been very patient answering all my questions and clearing whatever doubts I had — and still does to this day even when the vehicle sale has been consummated.
