My experience at Mazda was everything I'd hope customer service would be when making an important decision such as purchasing a car.  We've  visited  many dealerships and found signature Mazda to be the best in customer service. We found the people at Mazda were attentive, welcoming and genuine. Our biggest thanks goes to Donald Li who worked hard at ensuring we walked away with the car we wanted.  He answered all our questions with patience, understanding and ensured we drove away with the car we wanted.   My husband and I gave a 5 Star rating because of Donald Li's outstanding customer service.  We would recommend Signature Mazda to our friends and family.  Thank you signature Mazda we love our car!

I just came back from my appointment with Signature Mazda and was impressed with how quickly and diligent they were in solving my car's issue.I had my appointment today at 9AM and upon arrival, Sean promptly greeted me, quickly advised me on the next steps, and offered some pastries and coffee.After a few minutes, we took a look at my car and Sean and his associate were able to quickly figure out what was wrong. The process took about 10 minutes total and they sent me on my way without a charge.Overall I'm very happy with Signature Mazda and the level of customer service they provided and will be back if I have any issues in the future.

Sean helped me with the Minor Service and replaced the rear brake for free since I purchased the car only 6 months ago and the brake had only 1mm left.
